Down Under with Jan Mikaela Nora and Ella

Dancing around a Maypole in the middle of Australian winter? Yes, Swedish Midsummer is celebrated everywhere! Traditional dance, songs, food and lots of schnapps. Skål !

That 'First Time' moment captured on camera.  Nora's first yards on the bike without training wheels. Isn't it great? And only minutes later she already rides like a Pro, taking the bend and turns !

It's school holidays, so what to do with the kids? There's only so many play dates you can do... Here's an idea: go and see the Disney sand sculptures at Port Nuarlunga beach. All the princesses are there: Areal, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Belle and the Beast and of course the girls' favourite Elsa and Anna (with Olaf) !  

Nora turned six today, and what a party we had!?! Twenty kids, Face-painter, Piñata, Musical games, a real Frozen cake (by Mum) and lots and lots of presents. Happy Birthday dear !!!!

Had a great day at the Adelaide Fringe today. Highlights were the Amazing drumming Monkeys show, face-painting and of course the big Ferris Wheel (Nora needed to hold Mum's hand).

This video pretty much captures everything Mofa built in the garden for Nora and Ella over the past years.  Kids paradise, right?  Not sure if there is space left for more things to build, but we're sure he'll find something.  Many thanks for yet another wonderful visit Mofa.See you next summer !
